Noreen Halpern is a seasoned television executive with over twenty-five years of experience producing and financing successful programming. In 2013, she founded Halfire Entertainment to develop, produce, and finance long-form and limited television series for North American and international marketplaces.

Before Halfire, Noreen lent her vision, expertise and inventive spirit to a number of studios starting with Alliance Atlantis Communications. She then co-founded and ran Blueprint Entertainment which sold to eOne Television, where she became President of the television group. At eOne, Noreen launched numerous acclaimed shows including Rookie Blue (ABC/Global), Call Me Fitz (Direct TV/HBO Canada), Hell On Wheels (AMC), Hung (HBO), and Haven (Shaw Media/Syfy).
